CHOP in Philadelphia seeks a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator II to advance the PeliCaN multicenter NICU study. You will recruit families, obtain consent, enroll participants, and coordinate data collection across sites.

The role requires strong organization, communication, and the ability to work in NICU settings with travel between study sites; familiarity with REDCap is a plus.

Formación

• Basic knowledge of IRB and human subject protection.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong time management skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Adhere to an IRB approved protocol and informed consent process.
• Coordinate protocol related research procedures, study visits, and follow-up care.
• Screen, recruit and enroll patients/research participants across multiple hospitals.
• Maintain study source documents and regulatory filings (IRB, FDA, etc.).
• Register study on ClinicalTrials.gov and ensure data integrity in REDCap.
• Support study finances and communicate with sponsor on invoicing and subject billing.
