Job summary

Intermountain Health's Primary Children's Hospital Salt Lake City is hiring a Nursing Graduate to work under the direct supervision of an RN and participate in patient care delivery during the Nurse Residency program.

You will orient to RN assignments, may assist with medication administration under supervision, and contribute to assessment, planning, and education for patients and families. The 12-week residency supports licensure and progression.

Qualifications

• Completion of a recognized RN program; ongoing verification of education.
• BLS Certification required for Healthcare Providers.
• Less than 1 year RN experience to be considered a New Grad.

Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision of an RN, participate in patient care delivery and nursing process.
• Assist in collecting patient data and documenting under RN supervision.
• Support planning and prioritization of patient needs within the interdisciplinary team.
