Qualifications

• Current Illinois licensure/registration required
• Eligibility to be privileged and credentialed through the Medical Staff Office (MSO)
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in a related area
• FNP certification or NCCPA certification as applicable

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and formulate plan of care in collaboration with physician and multidisciplinary team.
• Prescribe and evaluate pharmacological therapies according to protocol.
• Stabilize and transport patients as needed.
• Interpret assessments, treatments and outcomes to inform diagnosis and care.
• Develop and implement quality improvement monitoring and staff education.
• Serve as a preceptor to APP students and participate in outreach education.
