Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking Pediatric Neurologists for the Greater Denver, Colorado area on a per diem basis. Shifts include Monday–Friday 24-hour in-house rounding (AM and afternoon) with on-call and call-back coverage as needed, plus weekend 24-hour shifts for in-house coverage due to admissions or discharges.

Level IV NICU with 84 beds; board certified; active CO license or IMLC eligible; minimum of one year's experience. Availability ongoing with ideal 7-day blocks.

Qualifications

• Board certified in Pediatric Neurology.
• Active Colorado medical license or IMLC eligibility.
• Minimum of one year of pediatric neurology experience.

Responsibilities

• Monday–Friday 24-hour shifts with in-house rounding (AM and afternoon).
• On-call and call-back in-house coverage as needed.
• Weekend 24-hour shifts with on-call support for admissions or discharges.

Pediatrix does cover per diem staff travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.

Compensation: The pay for this position is $1,500/per day (24 hour shift): rounding and call
