Job summary

Pediatrix Medical Group in Denver, CO is seeking a Pediatric Hospitalist for per diem coverage. Shifts include 11-hour day and 13-hour night blocks. Board certification is required and a Colorado license or IMLC compact eligibility is needed.

A minimum of 1 year of pediatric hospitalist experience is preferred, with Meditech experience being a plus. Per diem staff are on a W-2 basis; Pediatrix covers travel expenses for those outside a commutable distance and offers standard employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Board-certified pediatrics required.
• Active Colorado license or IMLC compact eligible.
• Minimum 1 year of pediatric hospitalist experience preferred.
• Meditech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Peds floor coverage during assigned shifts.
• Provide high-quality pediatric hospitalist care during 11-hour day and 13-hour night blocks.

Pediatrix does cover per diem staff travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.

Compensation: The pay for this position is $ 120.00/hour
