This two-year, full-time fellowship combines clinical neuropsychology training with research and dissemination opportunities in a multidisciplinary setting. Fellows conduct neurodevelopmental assessments, participate in therapeutic interventions, and collaborate with the Woodcock Institute and TWU clinics.

Qualifications

• Strong background in pediatric neuropsychological, cognitive, academic, and social-emotional assessment.
• Experience with multidisciplinary diagnostic evaluations and evidence-based intervention approaches for neurodevelopmental disorders.
• Ability to work effectively with families and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team.
• Interest in pursuing research opportunities with the Woodcock Institute and Texas Woman's University.

Responsibilities

• Conduct neurodevelopmental assessments for Autism Spectrum Disorder, Learning Disabilities, ADHD, and other developmental disorders.
• Participate in individual and small group therapeutic intervention services.
• Engage in ongoing neurocognitive research and contribute to data collection plans with the Training Director.
• Develop a tailored training plan with primary supervisors at each setting to address learning goals.
• Spend time between the Woodcock Center for Autism and Neurodevelopment at TWU and the community-based clinical partner.
