Job summary

Texas Woman’s University invites a postdoctoral fellow to join a two-year pediatric psychology fellowship with a focus on neurodevelopmental disabilities. The role includes autism/assessment clinic work, hospital partnerships, and research collaborations.

The candidate will conduct neurodevelopmental assessments, participate in teaching and mentorship, and contribute to publications while training under supervision across clinical and academic settings.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in Psychology from an APA-accredited program.
• Eligible for Texas provisional licensure after 2 years of supervised practice.
• Spanish-speaking applicants strongly encouraged; experience with underserved families preferred.
• Designed to meet Texas LP licensure requirements.

Responsibilities

• Neurodevelopmental assessment for ASD, learning disabilities, ADHD, and related disorders.
• Collaborate with the Woodcock Autism Assessment Clinic, TWU multidisciplinary clinic, and hospital partners.
• Engage in neurocognitive research and pursue teaching/mentorship opportunities.
• Develop a tailored training plan with supervisors across sites.
