Job summary

Boston Children’s Hospital seeks a Clinical Research Assistant to collect data for neurodevelopmental studies, focusing on EEG-based neural network assessments in children and related pediatric cohorts. The role requires coordinating with clinical and research teams, setting up EEG equipment, and maintaining data integrity.

The CRA will assist in protocol development, data organization, and ensuring participant engagement across on-site locations, contributing to improved therapies and outcomes

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in STEM or Psychology is required.
Previous experience with children with autism or other neurodevelopmental conditions is ideal.
Experience working in a research setting is a plus.
Strong data collection and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Consents and recruits patients for studies through interviews and communications with families.
Performs EEG and related data collection methods on participants aged 0-65 years.
Participates in training of new research study assistants.
Coordinates activities between hospital and research laboratories for correct testing/processing and study instructions.
Performs other administrative duties as assigned.
