Job summary

Nemours Children's Health in Wilmington, Delaware, seeks a Pediatric Nephrologist to join a four‑physician team. The role includes inpatient care at a state‑of‑the‑art children’s hospital and a busy outpatient practice across the Delaware Valley, with satellite clinics in PA, NJ, MD and South Delaware.

The physician will contribute to on‑call coverage (1:4), precept residents and medical students, and collaborate with pediatric rheumatology, urology, renal radiology, and transplant teams.

Qualifications

• ABPN certification or eligibility is required.
• Experience with clinical training and supervising residents or medical students is expected.
• Research experience and engagement in academic activities are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to on‑call schedule (1:4) for inpatient nephrology coverage.
• Precept residents and medical students in clinical settings.
• Provide inpatient and outpatient pediatric nephrology care across multiple sites.
• Collaborate with pediatric rheumatology, urology, radiology, and transplant teams.
• Teach and participate in academic activities with Sidney Kimmel Medical College.
