Job summary

Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital in Wesley Chapel, FL, seeks an experienced MRI Technologist to perform pediatric MRI studies for radiologist interpretation. You will work with anesthesia staff to monitor sedated patients and ensure safety in the MRI suite.

Qualifications include an AMA accredited Radiologic Technology program, 3 years MRI experience across neuro, body, MSK and vascular areas, ARRT MR, Florida Radiography License, and BLS.

Qualifications

• AMA accredited Radiologic Technology program completed.
• 3 years MRI experience in neuro, body, MSK and vascular.
• ARRT MR, Florida Radiography License, BLS.
• Strong computer skills with PACS and post-processing.
• MRI contrast administration with IV skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce and evaluate MRI images per protocol for timely radiology interpretation.
• Follow patient safety policies under hospital and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain ongoing education related to clinical and patient care.
• Screen for MRI contraindications and manage contrast safety per ACR.
• Assist anesthesia and radiology staff with sedated patients in MRI.
