Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center seeks an MRI technologist to support pediatric patient care and imaging services at the Burnet Campus. The role involves patient preparation, safe MRI procedures, and coordinating with radiology teams.

The position is part-time with rotating shifts, focusing on patient advocacy, education, and collaboration with families and clinicians. ARRT MR registration or eligibility is required, with potential progression to MR certification.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology or Equivalent.
• ARRT MR Registration OR eligible.
• Registered ARRT MR within 24 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Customer Service - Act as a patient advocate and respond to parent requests and concerns.
• Communicate with patients, families, and employees in courteous manner and provide information about patients.
• Prepare patients and families for procedures/exams and follow protocol/guidelines.
• Share knowledge with team members and stay abreast of key systems changes.
• Build positive relationships with colleagues and provide constructive feedback.
• Function as an imaging technologist in magnetic resonance imaging.
• Coordinate patient care delivery and communication within the medical center for pediatric care.
• Work with Radiology and other departments across hospital and sites.

Formation

Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology

Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred)
