Job summary

Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati is seeking an imaging technologist for the Radiography department at Burnet Campus. You will work with the Radiology team to prepare patients and perform diagnostic imaging procedures according to established protocols.

The role requires an Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology, ARRT registration or eligibility, and Ohio license within 30 days of eligibility, with a full-time rotating schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
• Licensed by Ohio Department of Health within 30 days of eligibility.
• Registered ARRT (R) or eligible; must obtain within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Act as a patient advocate and support patients and families through care.
• Provide education/information to patients and families as needed.
• Respond promptly to parent requests and concerns.
• Communicate with patients, families, and employees in a courteous manner.
• Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, regulations, and core standards.
• Prepare patients for procedures and examinations following protocols.
• Coordinate patient care and effectively communicate within Radiology and related departments.
• Maintain currency in the field including licensure/certification through ongoing education.

Education

Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology or Equivalent
