Job summary

Benevis seeks a Mobile Anesthesiologist to support our pediatric dentistry teams during in-office surgery days, delivering high-quality anesthesia care for children and young adults in a dental setting.

This flexible part-time, independent contractor role involves collaboration with pediatric dentists, airway management, and the ability to adapt to different clinical environments to keep patients calm and comfortable. Experience with IV deep sedation and GA is required.

Qualifications

• Accredited Anesthesiology Residency completed.
• Current medical or dental license in good standing.
• PALS, BLS, and DEA certifications.
• Experience in anesthesia delivery including IV deep sedation and general anesthesia.
• Ability to collaborate with dental teams including surgeons and nurses.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized anesthesiology services within a dental practice for pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with Pediatric Dentists to optimize patient cooperation through anesthesia and airway management.
• Deliver anesthesia care for office-based surgery days, focusing on children with dental anxiety or special needs.
