Job summary

Benevis is seeking a Mobile Anesthesiologist to support our Pediatric Dentist during in-office surgery days across our dental network. The role focuses on delivering high-level anesthesia care to children and young adults in a dental setting.

The position emphasizes collaboration with dental teams, including surgeons and nurses, with opportunities for part-time or independent contractor arrangements in a mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Anesthesiology Residency.
• Current medical or dental license in good standing; certifications include PALS, BLS, DEA.
• Experience in anesthesia delivery including IV deep sedation and general anesthesia.
• Ability to collaborate with dental teams, including surgeons and nurses.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized anesthesiology services within a dental practice, adapting to different clinical environments alongside a Pediatric Dentist.
• Collaborate with Pediatric Dentists to optimize patient cooperation through anesthetic administration and airway management.
• Focus on patients requiring more than local anesthesia, such as children with dental anxiety or disabilities.
