Camber Mental Health in Olathe, KS, is seeking Staff Nurse (RN or LPN) to provide compassionate care to pediatric psychiatric patients. You will respond to medical needs, support treatment teams, and ensure safe, timely nursing care.

The role includes medication administration, health assessments, infection control, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. New graduates are welcome; drivers license required for local travel. Competitive shift differentials apply.

• Complete nursing assessments and documentation within required timelines.
• Perform ongoing assessments and monitor vital signs per policy.
• Administer medications, including psychotropic and PRN medications, and document accurately.
• Monitor infection control, respond to injuries and emergencies, and provide first aid as needed.
• Communicate with physicians, guardians, and treatment teams regarding patient health.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all medical interventions, orders, and records.
• Partner with staff to meet patient dietary needs and report allergies.
• Participate in treatment planning, staff training, and patient education groups.
• Assist with lab specimen collection and ensure timely pharmacy coordination.
• Support safety and wellbeing by following all procedures and protocols.
