Responsibilities

• Review daily billing records and enter into the Billing System.
• Compile weekly billing information and submit to staff.
• File and maintain billing records.
• Communicate insurance changes to billing staff, therapists, and parents/guardians.
• Assist Director with retrospective therapy audits.
• Maintain clinic billing forms.
• Follow up and secure prior authorizations for therapy and ABA services.
• Notify staff of insurance changes.
