Playground Management MSO LLC in Georgia seeks a dedicated Medical Assistant to support providers in delivering high-quality, patient-centered pediatric care. You will manage patient flow, collect histories, and assist with examinations in a fast-paced setting, contributing to a positive family experience.

The role requires CCMA or RMA certification and current BLS, plus strong communication, accuracy, and HIPAA compliance. Monday–Friday with rotating Saturdays.

Competenze

• Certified Medical Assistant (CCMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) credentialed by one of the approved organizations.
• Current BLS certification is required.

Mansioni

• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and staff in a professional manner.
• Escort patients from waiting room to exam room.
• Obtain patient history, vitals, and medication details in the EHR; assist with examinations.
• Complete forms, prior authorizations, and paperwork to support care.
• Update patient charts during visits with accurate clinical notes.
• Prepare exam rooms and maintain equipment, supplies, and sterilization.
• Return messages and follow up with patients as needed.
• Follow HIPAA and OSHA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality.
