Pediatric Associates Family of Companies is seeking a Medical Assistant to deliver patient-centered care under clinician supervision in a pediatric setting. You will support chronic disease management, documentation, vaccines, and routine exams in a safe, friendly environment.

The role emphasizes accurate charting, intake vitals, and efficient coordination of care with clinicians, while following infection control policies and maintaining a positive patient experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• MA Diploma / Certification required or minimum 1 year MA experience accepted.
• Active BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high quality patient experience; welcome patients and ensure a safe environment.
• Take and document intake vitals and notify clinician of abnormalities.
• Interview patients with age-appropriate questions and update medical records.
• Assist clinicians in examinations and age-appropriate procedures.
• Perform vaccine and medication reconciliation and provide education to patients/parents.
