Job summary

Qualifications

• One of: completion of Medical Assistant program OR at least one year MA work experience OR active RN/LPN license in Utah
• Current Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers, before start date
• Demonstrated basic computer skills (word processing and data entry)
• Professional manner with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with patients and fellow caregivers to deliver high-quality care
• Knowledge of privacy, confidentiality, and PHI protection

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under clinician direction and gather information relevant to visit
• Communicate clearly with patients via phone and in person
