Job summary

Allegro Pediatrics in Washington state is seeking a Medical Assistant to join a patient-centered care team. This full-time role offers on-the-job training and potential advancement to a Registered Medical Assistant (MA-R) with employer-sponsored credentialing.

You'll support clinical operations, perform vital signs, vaccines, rooming patients, and ensure a compassionate experience for families across multiple clinic locations.

Qualifications

• High School or equivalent required.
• Ability to obtain Medical Assistant - Registered (MA-R) credential; sponsorship provided by Allegro Pediatrics.
• Excellent customer service, communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient rooming and flow in a fast-paced clinic.
• Assist providers with procedures and anticipate clinical needs.
• Take patient intakes, vitals, screenings and documentation.
• Administer vaccines and medications as directed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of exam rooms.
