Zaddy Solutions in Washington state seeks a Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C) to join a pediatrics-focused clinic. The role involves back-office support, assisting providers, and performing patient care tasks within WA MA-C scope.

CPR certification is required; Epic or similar EMR experience is preferred to manage patient flow and charting. Candidates should have at least 1 year in pediatrics, a WA MA-C license, and be ready to thrive in a busy clinic.

Qualifications

• Active license in WA as Medical Assistant-Certified (MA-C).
• 1 year of Medical Assistant experience, pediatric setting preferred.
• Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record systems; Epic preferred.
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Assist providers and clinic team with back-office and patient-related tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
• Perform patient care procedures within WA MA-C scope of practice.
• Support with patient rooming, vitals, injections, EKGs, and post-visit duties; communicate schedule changes.
