The MA/LPN assists physicians, prepares patients, takes vital signs, documents care, and helps manage patient flow and records to ensure a positive experience. Requires completion of an accredited MA program; MA certification/registration preferred and required within one year; completion of an accredited LPN program and LPN

Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited Medical Assistant program.
• MA Certification/Registration preferred prior to hire and required within one year.
• Must have completed an accredited LPN program.
• LPN License in the state of Iowa.

Responsibilities

• Supports the operation of the clinical practice through administrative and clinical tasks.
• Assists physicians and other healthcare providers in delivering patient care.
• Performs patient preparation, vital sign collection, documentation, and basic clinical procedures.
• Coordinates patient flow, maintains accurate medical records, and fosters a positive patient experience.
