Springtime Pediatrics, PLLC in Katy, TX is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. The role will split time between front desk and back, with patient‑facing duties, vaccine handling, and referrer coordination.

We require at least three years of pediatric MA experience, completion of an accredited MA program, and proficiency with EHR, Word, and Excel. Evening shifts and Saturday availability are expected as part of a busy practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of pediatric MA experience.
• Completion of accredited Medical Assistant program is required.
• Experience using an EHR system.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Verify insurance and coordinate referrals.
• Schedule appointments and collect co-pays.
• Split time between front desk and back.
• Work up patients and administer shots; manage vaccine inventory.
