Springtime Pediatrics, PLLC in Katy, TX is seeking a Certified Medical Assistant to join our team. The role will split time between front desk and back, with patient‑facing duties, vaccine handling, and referrer coordination.

We require at least three years of pediatric MA experience, completion of an accredited MA program, and proficiency with EHR, Word, and Excel. Evening shifts and Saturday availability are expected as part of a busy practice.

Full Time Springtime Pediatrics, PLLC, Katy, TX, US

Salary Range: $18.00 To $22.00 Hourly

Springtime Pediatrics is seeking a friendly, self-motivated Medical Assistant to join our team. Work will be split between front desk and back. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, friendly, and attentive to patient’s needs. At least three years of recent medical assistant experience in pediatrics is required. Must be comfortable with multi-tasking as we are a small practice. You will need to verify insurance, coordinate referrals, schedule appointments, collect co-pays, keep the office organized, as well as work up patients, administer shots, manage vaccine inventory, etc.

The ideal candidate would be someone with not only pediatric MA experience, but someone who is willing to grow their skill set as the practice grows, and who demonstrates leadership potential.

We are looking for someone willing to work at least two evening shifts, and seven hours on Saturday, in addition to regular business hours.

Job hours will include one evening shift a week (11:00am - 8pm), and one Saturday shift a month (9am - 4:30pm). Otherwise standard shift is 8am - 5:30pm, including a lunch break.
Standard 80 hour work week, with occasional overtime.
