Job summary

Qualifications

• LPN licensure in state of practice; MA program completion or 2 years MA experience (within last 5 years).
• BLS for Healthcare Providers (AHA) required within 45 days unless exempted by supervisor.
• GED or HS Equivalency Diploma held or equivalent credential.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patients and supports transition into care.
• Takes and records vital signs, histories, and health screenings.
• Prepares patients for exams and assists during procedures.
• Administers medications and vaccines as directed; performs lab-related tasks and collects specimens.
• Documents care accurately in the electronic health record; collaborates with providers and teammates to deliver high-quality care.
