Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on care to pediatric patients, including taking vitals and collecting demographic information.
• Administer immunizations and perform blood draws on infants.
• Perform feNO, spirometry, and nebulizer treatments as needed.
• Conduct hearing and vision screenings.
• Support the clinical team to create a positive experience for children and families.

Pediatric Certified Medical Assistant

Are you a Certified Medical Assistant with pediatric experience who enjoys working with children and families? Our client is seeking a compassionate, skilled Pediatric Certified Medical Assistant to join a thriving practice in Woodstock, GA.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll play an important part in delivering quality care to pediatric patients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing hands‑on care to pediatric patients, including taking vital signs and collecting demographic information
• Administering immunizations and performing blood draws on infants
• Performing feNO, spirometry, and nebulizer treatments
• Conducting hearing and vision screenings
• Accurately utilizing the GRITS system
• Supporting the clinical team in creating a positive experience for children and their families

Schedule

Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

• One Saturday per month during the non-busy season
• Multiple Saturdays may be required during sick season
• One late day is required as part of the regular schedule

Requirements

• Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification
• Previous pediatric medical office experience preferred
• Experience working directly with infants and children is a plus
• Working knowledge of the GRITS immunization registry
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced pediatric practice
