Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum two years of homecare recruiting experience (RNs/LPNs).
• Pediatric or Medicaid recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and onboard qualified RNs and LPNs.
• Coordinate recruitment lifecycle, including compliance and onboarding.
• Promote partnerships with schools, job fairs, and professional orgs.
• Ensure hires meet New Jersey Medicaid requirements and company standards.
• Achieve weekly onboarding goals, e.g., five cleared nurses per week.
