Qualifications

• Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred.
• 2+ years of home care recruiting experience.
• Pediatric recruiting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment for the new Pediatric Division.
• Manage job postings across multiple platforms.
• Onboard at least 5 fully cleared Nurses per week.
