Job summary

NYU Grossman School of Medicine is recruiting a Research Technician for the Roth lab in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology. The role supports studies on the immune landscape surrounding B-cell and Hodgkin lymphoma and aims to identify novel targets for immune therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field; one year of experience.
• Advanced (beyond basic lab training) will be accepted in lieu of experience as assessed by PI.
• Effective oral and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• High throughput transcriptomic and proteomic analysis to identify novel targets for lymphoma therapies.
• Wet laboratory techniques including PCR, RT-PCR, Western blotting, cell culture, flow cytometry.
• Mouse work includes generating xenografts, administering biologics, and toxicity analysis; flow cytometry and RNA-sequencing.
