Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide private duty nursing in patients' homes. You will deliver focused 1:1 care, manage medications, and document care while coordinating with the broader healthcare team.

Office support and ongoing clinical training accompany stable assignments across day, evening, and night shifts. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for growth within Maxim Healthcare.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans.
• Document care and communicate with the healthcare team.
