Maxim Healthcare is hiring an LPN to deliver one-on-one nursing care in patients' homes in Brownsburg, Indiana. You will provide direct patient care, monitor conditions, administer medications, and support individualized care plans while coordinating with the healthcare team.

The role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN options with day, evening, and overnight shifts, plus ongoing training and benefits including health/dental/vision, 401(k), PTO, and more.

Requirements

Required:
