Job summary

The Pediatric Center of Frederick, LLC. is seeking both full-time and part-time staff with experience administering vaccines to support our doctors and nurse practitioners in delivering high-quality pediatric care for ages newborn to college age.

Hours are 8am–5pm, Monday through Friday, with two evening shifts monthly and one Saturday (8am-12pm) every four weeks. Starting pay is $23 per hour with a $1000 hiring bonus paid at 6 months.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; an Associate degree is preferred.
• 1 year of pediatric experience preferred.
• Active Maryland LPN license with CPR certification.
• Experience administering vaccines is required.

Responsibilities

• Patient- and Family-Centered care: greet patients and listen to concerns.
• Create a compassionate, respectful environment for patients and staff.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure quality care.
• Collaborate with front-office, clinical teams, and providers to complete tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality of clinical information.
