Job description

We are looking for a Private Duty LPN/RN in Saint Clair, MO.

Pay Rate: $28.00/hr-$37.00/hr

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and revising the care plan.
• Provide nursing care per the physician's treatment plan and client's payer authorization.
• Monitor, record, and report treatment reactions and changes in condition to relevant personnel.
• Provide ongoing instruction to clients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Record patient condition and care services in electronic charts.
• Participate in educational programs, quality assessments, and staff meetings.

Requirements:

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse License
• Problem-solving skills and ability to multi-task
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Positive, Professional attitude
