Job summary

Essentia Health’s Park Rapids Clinic seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse or Certified Medical Assistant to join the pediatric practice. The role runs 8 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday, with one weekday off and two Saturdays every six months.AThis 0.8 FTE position supports care from newborn to elderly, in an ambulatory setting, under supervision of RNs and physicians.

Qualifications include Minnesota LPN licensure or CMA certification (or completion) with certification within one year, plus BCLS within 3

Qualifications

• LPN licensure in Minnesota required at hire.
• CMA certification or completion of a Medical Assistant program and certification within one year.
• BCLS certification required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in ambulatory pediatric setting.
• Assist RN, physician and other providers as needed.
• Support clinic operations and follow established procedures.
