Job summary

Essentia Health’s Park Rapids Clinic is seeking an LPN or CMA to provide direct patient care in our internal medicine practice. The role runs 8 am–5 pm, Monday–Friday, with a flexible 0.6 FTE schedule and occasional Saturday shifts every six months.

The position requires Minnesota licensure for LPN or CMA certification, BCLS within 3 months, and potential weekend coverage. Benefits include health, dental, and retirement offerings in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• LPN license or CMA certification required for hire.
• CMA certification must be obtained within one year of hire and pass within two attempts.
• BCLS certification required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist RN, physician and other providers and deliver direct patient care in ambulatory settings.
• Perform approved procedures within demonstrated competency.
• Care for patients from newborn to elderly as per age-related guidelines.
