Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Arkansas LPN license.
• One year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• New nurses encouraged to apply; pediatric experience a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Medical Director and healthcare professionals regarding patient needs.
• Communicate medical information to physicians, parents, and team members.
• Assess children and respond to medical concerns.
• Maintain and review medication records and immunization/allergy data.
• Coordinate referrals to outside specialists and ensure regulatory compliant documentation.
