• Individualizes nursing interventions to meet identified needs and adjusts as patient conditions change.
• Reassesses and modifies patient plan of care in collaboration with the RN.
• Participates in quality and safety initiatives and KPI tracking.
• Participates in recruitment activities and team engagements.
• Formulates plans to improve patient experience and satisfaction.
