Qualifications

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed by the Arkansas State Board of Nursing (ASBN).
• Completion of an approved program per state's requirements.
• Entry level – no prior work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Collect patient/family data to inform care planning and communicate observations to health team members.
• Contribute to the patient plan of care based on clinical and educational needs.
• Plan, prioritize and organize patient care tasks to ensure efficient care delivery.
• Complete routine patient care tasks and medication administration under supervision.
• Reassess and adjust the plan of care in collaboration with the RN.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
