Zarminali Pediatrics in West Bloomfield, MI is seeking a compassionate Cross-Trained Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to support our clinic across clinical and front-office responsibilities. You will help with patient check-in, vital signs, vaccinations, rooming patients, and assisting providers, ensuring a seamless patient experience.

The role requires an active LPN license, BLS/CPR certification, and 2+ years of clinical experience, preferably in pediatrics or outpatient care.

Qualificações

• Active LPN license in good standing and BLS/CPR certification.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience, preferably pediatrics or outpatient care.
• Experience in cross-trained clinic roles combining front-office and clinical tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Greet, room, and prepare patients for appointments with warmth and professionalism.
• Complete patient intake, obtain vital signs, and conduct assessments within defined scope of practice.
• Perform point-of-care testing and administer vaccines safely with monitoring.
• Assist physicians and providers with patient care and procedures.
• Support front-desk duties including check-in, scheduling, and reminders.
• Maintain EMR documentation accurately and ensure clinic readiness.
