Job summary

Affirmed Home Care is seeking a Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric clients in their homes across Fairfield County, CT. Per diem schedule offers day, evening, overnight, weekend shifts and flexible options.

Starting pay is $40.00 per hour with weekly direct deposit, sign-on bonus, and referral bonuses. One-on-one patient assignments and streamlined onboarding support nurses in this role.

Qualifications

• Active Connecticut LPN license.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Minimum one year of pediatric nursing experience (home care, hospital, or acute care).
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Current physical examination completed within the past 12 months.
• Current TB screening (PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the last year) or chest X-ray documentation, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one pediatric home nursing care.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation and communications with families.
