Job summary

Advocate Health's AHNMG Pediatric Clinic in Georgia is seeking a full-time LPN to provide direct patient care in a 40-hour week, Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm. The role supports nursing plans, patient teaching, and timely documentation using EMR systems.

Qualifications

• BLS certification required or to be obtained within 6 months.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in state of practice.
• Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per policy and standards.
• Assist with data collection and documenting patient status.
• Help develop and execute the plan of care with the RN.
• Support patient teaching per individualized care plan.
• Document nursing interventions and patient responses.
