Job summary

Atrium Health Navicent in Macon, GA is seeking a Full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct patient care in the pediatric clinic setting. You will collect data, assist with the care plan, and support patient teaching under RN supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per policies and standards
• Assist with data collection, assessments and documentation
• Develop and implement plan of care under RN direction
• Support patient teaching per care plan
• Document nursing interventions and patient responses
• Communicate changes in medical orders to RN
• Perform clinical tasks such as medication administration, IV therapy, wound care, venipuncture
• Position and transport patients safely with proper technique
• Care for patients across age groups per department standards
