Job summary

BrightStar Care of East & NW Columbus in Delaware, Ohio is seeking a pediatric LPN to support a child at home. The role is Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–12:30 PM, with a starting pay of $31/hour.

You will provide skilled nursing care in a home setting, fostering trust with the patient and family. The ideal candidate holds an active Ohio LPN license with pediatric experience and is comfortable with tracheostomy and feeding tube care, medication administration, and independent work.

Qualifications

• Current, active Ohio LPN license.
• Pediatric nursing experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with tracheostomy and feeding tube care.
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
• Dependable, professional, and comfortable working independently.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to complete required background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care throughout the shift.
