Job summary

BrightStar Care of East & NW Columbus is seeking a caring Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one pediatric home health care for a 6-year-old client in Westerville, Ohio. This part-time role follows a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, 4:00 PM–7:00 PM.

Starting pay is $31 per hour with weekly direct deposit, plus benefits including health, dental, vision, PTO and a 401(k) with company match. Must have an Ohio LPN license and pediatric/home-health experience.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LPN license required.
• Pediatric or home-health experience preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Reliable transportation to the client's home.
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
• Professional, dependable, and compassionate work ethic.
• Ability to follow the patient's individualized plan of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate one-on-one nursing care.
• Administer medications as ordered.
• Thicken fluids according to the care plan.
• Apply and utilize prescribed compression vest.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes.
• Follow the plan of care and physician orders.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Communicate professionally with family and clinical team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment.

We are seeking a caring, dependable, and clinically skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for a 6-year-old pediatric patient in the comfort of their home in Westerville, Ohio.

This is a consistent Monday-Friday, 4:00 PM-7:00 PM position, offering an excellent opportunity for an LPN looking for a rewarding pediatric home-care assignment.

Duties & Responsibilities
