Arbor Associates places an LPN in a first-of-its-kind pediatric behavioral residential program in Groton, MA. This 13-week contract involves medical oversight for youth with complex co-occurring needs, on a six-acre campus with on-site pediatric nursing and a Chapter 766 school.

You will administer medications, monitor status, and collaborate with clinical and residential staff to ensure safe, compassionate care across day, evening, and overnight shifts.

Qualifications

• Provide direct nursing care and medical oversight for youth with complex co-occurring needs.
• Administer medications and monitor medical status per care plans.
• Document observations in compliance with standards and collaborate with staff.

Responsibilities

• Respond to medical concerns and behavioral escalations with clinical judgment.
• Collaborate with clinicians and residential staff on treatment and safety planning.
• Maintain accurate nursing records and ensure regulatory compliance.
