Job summary

Medical Health Associates of Western New York PLLC is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in Buffalo. Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved LPN program.
• Current NYS licensure and registration.
• Current CPR certification.
• One year experience in pediatric, clinical, or office nursing preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency with medical record technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including exams, procedures, and assessments.
• Assist with immunizations, medication administration, and specimen collection as ordered by providers.
• Support clinicians with clinical procedures (e.g., suturing, specimen collection) and lab tests.
• Coordinate care and communicate with families regarding follow-up instructions and scheduling.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and accurate documentation in medical records.
