Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) months of health care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for office visits and document vital signs and history.
• Complete POE and address care gaps during encounters.
• Assist practitioners during procedures and coordinate care.
• Educate patients and families about procedures and prep.
• Schedule labs, imaging, and specialty appointments as ordered.
• Monitor messages and respond within scope of practice.
• Participate in quality improvement activities and team coordination.
