Job summary

Affimed Home Care is seeking an experienced Pediatric LPN for evening and overnight care in Sewell, NJ. This 1:1 pediatric nursing role focuses on safety, comfort, and clinical stability for a child with Dravet syndrome requiring seizure monitoring and G‑tube care.

The position offers four nights per week with shifts 4:00 PM–12:00 AM and 12:00 AM–7:00 AM, providing steady, long-term family support and meaningful patient relationships.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN License.
• Preferred experience with seizure disorders, Dravet Syndrome, or G‑tube care.
• Current BLS Certification.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license preferred.
• Physical exam within 12 months.
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X-ray within 5 years).
• Proof of flu vaccine or approved exemption.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 pediatric nursing care focused on safety, comfort, and clinical stability.
• Monitor for seizures and respond appropriately to changes in condition.
• Manage G-tube feedings and routine care.
• Collaborate with the family and our pediatric clinical leadership team to ensure high-quality, consistent care.

Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Evening & Overnight Care (Sewell, NJ)

Location: Sewell, NJ Setting: Pediatric Private Duty Nursing Company: Affimed Home Care

Provide meaningful, life‑changing 1:1 pediatric care for a child who truly depends on skilled nursing support. Affimed Home Care is expanding our Pediatric Division and seeking compassionate, experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a pediatric patient in Sewell, NJ diagnosed with Dravet Syndrome, requiring seizure monitoring and G‑tube care during both evening and overnight hours.

This role offers steady, rewarding work and the opportunity to build a supportive, long‑term relationship with the family.

Available Shifts

Coverage requested four nights per week:

• 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

• 12:00 AM – 7:00 AM

About the Case

• Pediatric patient with Dravet Syndrome

What You’ll Do
