Job summary

Affimrd Home Care is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a pediatric patient with a tracheostomy and g-tube in Elmwood Park, NJ. This case begins 09/16 and offers steady hours with 1:1 care and strong clinical support.

Active NJ LPN license, current BLS, and pediatric trach/g-tube experience are preferred. You will provide 1:1 pediatric care, including trach care, suctioning, g-tube feeding, and daily comfort and safety, while partnering with family and clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey LPN License
• Preferred pediatric trach and g-tube experience
• Current BLS Certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Physical exam within 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
• Flu vaccine or approved exemption

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 pediatric care including trach care, suctioning, g‑tube feeding, and daily comfort/safety
• Monitor and support the child’s respiratory and nutritional needs
