Job summary

Affirmed Home Care in Elmwood Park, NJ is seeking a compassionate RN for a pediatric trach & g‑tube case. You will provide 1:1 nursing care at home, focusing on airway management, g‑tube care, safety and comfort, with strong clinical support and a consistent schedule. Start date is 09/16 and you’ll be part of a dedicated pediatric team.

Requirements include NJ RN license, BLS, and pediatric experience; driver’s license preferred; programs for health exams and immunizations may apply.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN License
• Current BLS Certification
• Preferred pediatric trach and g‑tube experience
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Physical exam within 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON within 1 year (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
• Flu vaccine or approved exemption

Pay Rate

RN: $45/hr
